Before you come
Intake form first, hair about ¼ inch, clean skin.
- 1

- 2
Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.

Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
- 4
Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.
- 5
1 guest max. No pets.
- 6
Fill in the intake form before your first appointment, and update it if anything changes — especially retinoids, Accutane or a new medication.
- 7
Hair needs to be about ¼ inch long, the length of a grain of rice. Around two to three weeks of growth after shaving.
- 8
No retinoids, peels or exfoliating acids on the area for a week before, and no waxing on sunburned or broken skin.
- 9
Arrive on time. Appointments are short, so late starts may be shortened or moved.
- 10
This is a professional, clinical service. Any sexual comment, request or behaviour ends the appointment on the spot, and it’s paid in full.
06

Loose cotton clothes on the area for the rest of the day.

FAQ
How long does my hair need to be?+
About ¼ inch — the length of a grain of rice. That’s usually two to three weeks after shaving. Too short and the wax can’t grip; too long and I’ll trim it first.
Does it hurt?+
A quick sting that fades fast. The first wax is the most uncomfortable — it gets easier every time, especially if you come back every four to six weeks.
Do I have to fill in a form?+
Yes — a short skin intake before your first appointment, on your phone. Some medications and skincare make the skin lift with the wax, so I need to know.
How do deposits work?+
A deposit of up to $15 holds your appointment and comes off your total.
Is a Brazilian awkward?+
Not for me — it’s the most booked service on my menu. You undress from the waist down, a disposable cover is there if you want it, and I talk you through each step. It takes about half an hour.
Can I come in on my period?+
Yes, with a fresh tampon or a cup. Skin can be more sensitive around then, so some people prefer to move it — no fee if you give me 24 hours.
Hard wax or soft wax?+
Hard wax on the bikini area, underarms and face — it grips the hair, not the skin. Soft wax on legs and arms, where it’s quicker.
